However, when dealing with pain or other issues requiring deeper light penetration, a distance of 6 to 12 inches is advised.

4. Not making your sessions the ideal length.

Having sessions that are either too long or too short may also negatively impact the outcome of your light therapy results. It is agreed that around 10 to 20 minutes is the best option for making the most of the light. If you keep your sessions too brief, you’re unlikely to enjoy any real benefits or see any actual results.
